Roger Lee Ferguson, Jr. passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, April 7, 2026 at SSM Health St. Clare Hospital in Fenton, Missouri at the age of 57.
Roger was born on January 23, 1969 in St. Louis, Missouri to the late Roger Lee Ferguson, Sr. and Diane Jones. He is also preceded in death by his sister, Brenda Fowler, and his Step-Father, Doyle Jones.
He is survived by his loving wife of 21 years, Gina R. Ferguson, who was his soulmate; daughter, Kaylyn Ferguson; siblings: Dianne (Lynn) Miller, Tina Ferguson, Sherry Horton, and Spencer Ferguson.
He was also a loving uncle, nephew, cousin, and friend to many.
Roger was the kind of man who never hesitated to lend a hand—whether it was to a close friend or a complete stranger. He had a natural talent for working on his truck and could often be found under the hood, fixing, tinkering, or improving something with quiet determination. A true jack of all trades, there wasn’t much Roger couldn’t repair or figure out. who was also a creative artist.
More than anything, he was a proud father, and that role meant the world to him. He carried himself with a steady strength and a generous spirit, always ready to step in when someone needed help. Roger’s willingness to give his time and skills so freely left a lasting impression on everyone who knew him.
