Hey Brother, you know that you are missed. Life is not the same without you in it. My was and will always be my brother. You know I will be seeing you sooner than later. First time I met Roger he and Gina came over to do some repair som work. He had a great personality and acted like he never met a stranger. They did the work and that is when Gina ask if I knew anyone named Matzker in South County. I told her my brother. Both Gina and Roger were happy to find out that I was her uncle. He truly loved her and he showed it. You will be missed.

Roger was truly a one-of-a-kind person. His devotion to his wife and family was evident in everything he did. He loved them so very much.

He had such a kind heart and was always willing to help others in need. One moment in particular that I remember was when me and my fiancé’s car broke down in North County STL. We knew we could depend on Roger, so we called him and he went out of his way and drove an hour or more to help us tow our car to a mechanic and take us home.

Every time I saw Roger, he had a smile on his face. He was always so wonderful to be around. He was an amazing soul, and he will be deeply missed.
