Donald Deischer's Obituary
Donald Deischer passed away on Sunday, September 3rd, 2023 at Northwest HeathCare in Florissant, Missouri at the age of 80 years, 2 months, and 7 days.
Donald was born on June 26, 1943 in New Harmony Township, Indiana to the late Wallace H. Deischer and Anna R. Coultas.
Donald is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Kathleen Deischer; children: Donald Deischer and Christina (Greg) Stetson; twin grandchildren: Molly and Daniel Stetson; and sister-in-law Debra Fischer.
Donald was also a loving uncle, cousin, and friend to many.
Donald proudly served in the United States Air Force from 1961-1965. Following his military service he went to work for the St. Louis County Highway Department as a mechanic in 1971. He would retire from the county as the Superintendent of Motor Vehicles after 28 years of service. Donald enjoyed retirement with the blessing of his twin grandchildren, Molly and Daniel.
All services for Donald will be private.
