William James Turnbough's Obituary
William James Turnbough passed away on Friday, March 4, 2022 at his Bridgeton, Missouri residence at the age of 72 years, 6 months, and 23 days.
William was born in St. Louis, Missouri on August 9, 1949 to the late Floyd Turnbough and Viola Turnbough (nee Kreamalmeyer).
William is survived by his wife, Marcella Turnbough (nee Carlton); children: Franke Bialik, William "Billy" (Pam) Bialik, Robert "Bobby" Turnbough, Jessica Turnbough, Joseph Turnbough, Melony Carlton, Angie (Brandon) Newsome; grandchildren: Sierra (Micah) Goodwin, Robert Turnbough, Finnley Catchings, Jesse Davila, Jaden Carlton, Adryanna Newsome, and Brandon Newsome; and great-grandchildren: Maci Goodwin, Parker Goodwin, Ranger Goodwin, and Khloe Newsome.
William is also a loving brother, brother-in-law, uncle, cousin and friend to many.
William loved spending time with his family, especially playing with his children and grandchildren in the park. He was and avid St. Louis Cardinal baseball fan. He also enjoyed NASCAR, dancing, and gambling.
A memorial service will be held at the Turnbough residence, 3348 Brierhall Drive, Apartment 1, Bridgeton, Missouri 63044, on Monday, March 14, 2022 at 11:00 am.
A celebration of life for William will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks donations be made to Loaves and Fishes for St. Louis. Donations can be mailed to 2750 McKelvey Road, Maryland Heights, Missouri 64043.
