Twyla Waggoner-Herbert's Obituary
Twyla Waggoner-Herbert passed away on Monday, February 20, 2023 at her residence in House Springs, Missouri at the age of 61 years, 9 months, and 18 days.
Twyla was born on May 2, 1961 in Arnold, Missouri to the late Robert and Gloria Waggoner.
Twla is survived by her husband of 15 years, Ted Herbert; and daughter, Sabrina (Joseph) Jauernic.
Twila was also a grandmother, sister-in-law, and friend to many.
A private family service will be held at a later date.
