Sandra Rose Hill's Obituary
Sandra Rose Hill (nee Warren) of St. Louis, Missouri, formerly of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, passed away on Tuesday, January 12, 2021 at her home, at the age of 82 years.
Sandra was born on August 30, 1938 in Poplar Bluff, Missouri to the late Lee Warren and Kathleen Elizabeth Warren (nee Perkins). Also preceding Sandra in death are her siblings: Dorothy Larrew, Bill Warren, Doris Pierce, Robert Warren, and Jo Berry.
Sandra is survived by her children: Kelly Hill of Islamorada, Florida and Elizabeth "Beth" (Fred) Rowland of Town and Country Missouri; daughter-in-law, Stephanie Hill of St. Louis, Missouri; grandchildren: Christopher (Sarah) Rowland, Lindsay (John) Jones, and Jack Rowland; great-grandchildren: Caleb Rowland, Noah Rowland, Liam Jones, Miles Jones, and Oliver Jones; and siblings: Judy Wrombel of Cedar Hill, Missouri, and Clay Warren of The Villages, Florida.
Sandra was a dedicated employee for 20 years of Southwestern Bell working as a Paralegal in the legal department. In her free time, Sandra enjoyed celebrations with family or spending quiet time working on a crossword puzzle or reading a mystery novel. She will be remembered for her humor, sharp wit, independence, and humility.
Per her wishes, Sandra was donated to Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, Missouri to help the advancement of the medical community.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
