Rosemarie Haberberger's Obituary
Rosemarie Haberberger, known as Rose, passed away on July 13, 2024, in her home in Ballwin
surrounded by family. Born to Rose Venturella and Sam Tocco on August 8, 1951, in St. Louis,
she was a strong CrossFitter, avid bridge player, pickleball afficionado, passionate dancer, and
most of all, a loving remarkable caring woman.
Rose was a loved member of the Tocco family and is survived by her sister Patricia. In 1972 she
married the love of her life and perfectly matched soul, Bill Haberberger. Rose’s love extended
to her three children, Tim (Becky), Nick, and Dan (Lus), and her four grandchildren, Jack, Ellie,
Jose and Luca. Her love for her family was at the center of her life.
Predeceased by her parents, Rose’s memory will be cherished and kept alive by her husband
Bill, her children, grandchildren, sister, and her social and church groups who have been
enriched by her presence and participation.
The mass service to honor and celebrate the life of Rosemarie Haberberger will be held on July
24, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Gerard Majella Church, located at 2005 Dougherty Ferry Rd,
Kirkwood, MO 63122. The family will begin greeting those attending the service at 9:30 a.m.
Rose believed in the impact of scientific research and her last wish was to donate her body to
the Center for Anatomical Science and Education of St. Louis University School of Medicine. In
lieu of flowers, Rose would appreciate a donation to the St. Lukes Cancer Institute:

Rosemarie Haberberger will be profoundly missed, and her spirit will continue to guide and
inspire all who were blessed to know her.
