Patricia Jolene Wheat's Obituary
Patricia "Pat" Jolene Wheat (nee Wilson) passed away on Tuesday, September 27, 2022 at the age of 69.
Pat was born on June 18, 1953 in Kansas City, Missouri as the oldest and "best" child of the late Jim Wilson and Audie Wilson (nee Pemberton). She is also preceded in death by her sister, Sheree Haverland.
Pat is survived by her daughter, Hilary (Joel) Wheat Peknik; brothers: Scott (Pat) Wilson and Curtis (Denice) Wilson; and a host of friends and family who will miss her kindness and sharp wit in equal measure.
Please join us for a casual affair to reminisce on our favorite memories and tip a glass - snacks also provided - in her honor anytime between 5:30 and 7:30 on Friday, October 7th at The Cabin in the Woods at the back of Big Rip Brewery, 216 East 9th Avenue, North Kansas City, Missouri 64116.
Please no flowers. Pat didn't like cut flowers, or plants for that matter, because they reminded her of funerals (ironic).
