Karen Sue Hudson (nee Calahan) passed away on Saturday, August 7, 2021 at Mercy Hospital Jefferson in Festus, Missouri at the age of 74 years, 3 months, and 22 days.
Karen was born on April 16, 1947 in Illinois to the late Joseph Simon Calahan and Violet Ruth Calahan. Karen is also preceded in death by her loving husband, Ivan "Don" Hudson; son, Donald Hudson; sister, Patrica Koch; brother, Ricky Calahan; and many other close family and friends.
Karen is survived by her daughter, Jeanette (Lance) Hennemann; son, Joshua Hudson; granddaughter, Samantha (Zach) Maddux who she raised; sister, Sharon Koch; brother, David Calahan; nieces: Kelly Koch, Kimberly Dunman, Michelle Lambert, Jennifer Koch, Stephanie, Rachel, any many others in Oklahoma that includes Fay, Heather, Candy, Joy and Melody; and nephews: Shawn, Tommy, Clark, Jason, and many others in Oklahoma.
