Julia was born on July 10, 1942 in Puerto Rico to the late Jaime Rosado and Eloisa Padilla.
She is survived by her loving daughter, Jacqueline "Jackie" Ortiz.
A private graveside service will take place at Bellefontaine Cemetery in St. Louis, Missouri.
