Jim Mcgaughran
I met Jeff in the early 90s when we both worked in the same office at DMA but I really didn’t get to know him much until several years later when he became my supervisor. His expectations led me to challenge myself to become better at my job. He always had a friendly word and was interested in me and my family. He was a great role model for when I took on a similar role to his. We didn’t work much together the last 10 years of our careers but stayed in touch. Then after retirement we became close. The last few years of his life he was my closest friend and we shared many of our interests – home renovations, families, politics, books, photography, foreign languages, Ukraine, ear buds and health. I was so happy to be able to visit him a few months ago. I’m glad you are no longer suffering my friend. I miss you. Jim McGaughran
