Betty Woods passed away on Tuesday, May 2, 2023 at her residence in Mount Vernon, Illinois at the age of 92 years, 6 months, and 9 days.
Betty was born on October 23, 1930 in Ducktown, Tennessee to the late William Robert Dickens and Vera Dickens.
Betty is survived by her husband of 68 years, Harley O. Woods; and daughter, Loretta Woods.
Betty was also a loving grandmother, great-grandmother, and a friend to many.
Betty was a very talented musician who taught piano for many years
